COMPANIES OR THE CUSTOMER’S SERVER EQUIPMENT. IN ALL EVENTS, LADYBUG
NETWORKS’S LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER IS LIMITED TO A REFUND OF ANY
SERVICE CHARGE MADE BY LADYBUG NETWORKS TO CUSTOMER OR AN ABATEMENT OF
SERVICE CHARGES DURING THE PERIOD OF SERVICE INTERRUPTION BUT ONLY IF
SUCH SERVICE INTERRUPTION IS DUE TO LADYBUG NETWORKS’ GROSS
NEGLIGENCE.
Acceptable Use Policy
LadyBug Networks, Inc., provides Internet
and networking services to businesses. The following policies and principles guard the interests and private operations of our clients. This policy includes a non-exhaustive list of actions that constitute system abuse, and the penalties incurred for such abuse.
Unacceptable Practices
1. ENGAGING IN ANY ACTIVITIES THAT ARE ILLEGAL
2. RESELLING LADYBUG NETWORKS, INC., SERVICES WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. This includes no sub-webs hosted for multiple organizations from a single hosted domain.
3. SPAM
SPAM is unsolicited commercial email sent to recipients who have not voluntarily provided their email addresses directly to the sender or email sent to a recipient who would not have a reasonable expectation of receiving email from the sender. Our SMTPs are not public relays.
LadyBug Networks will not tolerate the following Spam-related abusive activities either directly or indirectly:
Forging an email address or creating a false identity.
Sending unsolicited e-mail ("spam"), including advertisements, informational announcements and political tracts using LadyBug Networks in any way.
Adding addresses to any mailing list without the consent of the recipient.
Using an account as a drop-off for responses from unsolicited bulk email sent from another source.
Posting inappropriate or excessive messages to USENET newsgroups.
Forging email or USENET posting header information.
4. CONTENT USAGE ABUSE
The content of any material within LadyBug Networks, Inc., may not be unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or hateful, or any other material that we determine to be offensive.
Content may not in any way cause harassment through language, frequency of messages, or size of message.
Forwarding or posting chain letters of any type or pyramid schemes of any type is unacceptable.
5. SYSTEM SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Any breach of or attempted breach of security and privacy will not be tolerated, including but not limited to the following:
Attempting to circumvent user authentication or security of any account or host.
Unauthorized collection of private data.
Providing false data on registration forms and surveys, including the fraudulent use of credit cards.
Using the autoresponder and vacation reply options or forwarding e-mail to other e-mail providers that have the same options (to prevent the creation of infinite "mail loops"); the same limitation applies to POP retrieval.
Distribution of Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other destructive activities — distributing information regarding the creation of and sending Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, or denial of service attacks. Also, activities that disrupt the use of or interfere with the ability of others to effectively use the Internet or any connected network, system, service, or equipment.
All personal and client information within LadyBug Networks is confidential and never revealed without its owner’s approval. However, personal identity and other information will be divulged to legal authorities in criminal activity.
6. ABUSE CORRECTION MEASURES
LadyBug Networks, Inc., will take action against any abusive activities within our systems. LadyBug Networks is aware that many of our clients provide web and email services to their customers. LadyBug Networks has the right to directly take action against a customer of a LadyBug Networks client. LadyBug Networks may also take appropriate action against a LadyBug Networks client or client’s customer, even though the action may affect other customers.
Depending on the severity of an abuse violation, LadyBug Networks may first issue written and verbal warnings. LadyBug Networks may elect to immediately terminate services to any client engaged in abusive activities. If such activities are illegal, LadyBug Networks will immediately terminate services and report the activities to legal authorities.
LadyBug Networks will bill the offender for administrative costs related to termination of abusive or illegal activities.
LadyBug Networks will take appropriate measures to stop and will also report any abusive and/or illegal activities against LadyBug Networks, Inc., and/or its clients to abuse and/or legal authorities.
LadyBug Networks, Inc., reserves the right to make changes to these policies at any time and in any manner, without notice. The current Acceptable Use Policy is always posted and available at

Collection and Use
LadyBug Networks, Inc., is the sole owner of the information collected on
this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways
different from what is disclosed in this statement
Registration
In order to use this website, a user may be asked to give contact
information, such as name and email address. This information is used to contact
the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.
Order
If we request information from the user to place an
order — A user must provide
contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information,
such as credit card number, expiration date, or banking information for an
electronic transfer or check. This information is used for billing purposes and
to fill user orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact
information is used to get in touch with the user.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the users hard drive containing
non-personal information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked

& Contests
From time-to-time our site may request information from users via surveys or

sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only

screen-savers when they leave their desks. When they return, they must re-enter
their password to re-gain access to any private information. Furthermore,
whenever any of our company policies are updated our security policies,
acceptable use policies, and privacy practices, ALL employees are immediately
informed and reminded about the importance we place on privacy and what they can
do to ensure our users information is protected. Finally, the servers that we
store personally identifiable information on are protected by several layers of
security in an environmentally controlled facility with a controlled access
system, monitored by personnel 24/7, as well as a closed-circuit video
surveillance system. No unauthorized personnel are allowed anywhere on the
premises.

Supplementation of Information
In order for this website to properly fulfill its obligation to our users,
it is necessary for us to supplement the information we receive with information
from 3rd party sources.
For example, to determine a users credit standing, we
use company name, company ID numbers, and/or social security numbers to request
a credit report. Once we determine a users credit-worthiness, this document
is destroyed.
Special Offers
Established users will occasionally receive information on products, services,
specials, and industry news. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we
present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see our
choice and opt-out below.
Site and Service Updates
We may also send users site and service announcement updates. Members are not able

Our users are given the opportunity to opt-out of having their

where we ask for the information. For
example, our order form has an opt-out mechanism so users who buy a
product from us, but dont want any marketing material, can keep their email
address off our lists.

of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any
outside parties. We do this so our
users can make an informed choice as to whether they should proceed with
services that require an outside party, or not.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our
Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we
use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we
